Pricing per cake box:
- 30 boxes (minimum): $13 each
- 31–50 boxes: $11 each
- 51–75 boxes: $10.50 each
- 76–100 boxes: $9.50 each
- 100+ : $8.50

When will you arrive to set up the cake cart?
Your Hoopla Helper will arrive 15–30 minutes before your event start time to set up the Cake Cart. Please ensure the designated setup area is ready upon arrival so everything can be prepared on time
What is the delivery service area?
Cake Hoopla offers free delivery within 15 miles of 97223, including Tigard, Portland, Beaverton, and surrounding areas. For events outside this area, delivery is available for $2 per mile (round trip), subject to availability
How does the Cake Cart experience work for guests?
Guests move through the Cake Cart line, crafting their own cake boxes by choosing flavors, toppings, and drizzles. The Hoopla Helper builds each cake box to order —making it a fun, interactive dessert experience for events in the Portland and Tigard area.
Can I choose the toppings?
The Cake Cart menu includes a variety of salty, sweet, and fresh choices, so you can feel confident your guests will love them. Included toppings are fixed, but if you have a specific request, let us know—we may be able to accommodate it for an additional charge.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We offer a vegan chocolate cake option with vegan chocolate frosting and toppings. If you have additional dietary needs, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate or recommend the best options.
How is the cake served?
Each guest’s cake creation is packaged in a closable cardboard to-go box with a handle—easy to enjoy right away or take home for later

How many guests can the cake cart serve?
The Cake Cart is ideal for events with 30–200 guests, making it a great fit for everything from smaller gatherings to large celebrations
How long does Cake Cart service last?
Cake Cart service time is based on your guest count. Events with 50 or fewer guests include 1 hour of service, while events with more than 50 guests include 2 hours. We’ll coordinate with you in advance to ensure the service window fits seamlessly into your event.
Service may conclude earlier if all guests have been served. Need more time? Additional service hours are available for an extra fee.
Where should we set up the Cake Cart & how much space does it need?
The Cake Cart should be placed on a flat, stable surface in a location that’s easily accessible for guests. We recommend a high-traffic area where guests can comfortably move through the line.
The Cake Cart measures approximately 70" wide, 28" deep, and 36" tall. We also need about 3 feet of space behind the cart for the Hoopla Helper to operate.
What do you need from us on the day of the event?
We’ll need a designated setup area and clear access for load-in. Please ensure the space is ready 30 minutes before your event start time so we can set up efficiently.
Is setup and cleanup included?
Absolutely! Your Hoopla Helper handles both setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy your event.
Is power/water required?
Nope! The Cake Cart is fully self-contained and does not require access to power or water—making it easy to set up at indoor or outdoor events throughout the Portland area.
Does service need to be indoors, or can it be outdoors?
The Cake Cart can be set up indoors or outdoors and works best in mild to warm weather. In colder temperatures, we may require an indoor setup to ensure our frosting stays at the proper consistency.
If inclement weather is expected, we’ll work with you to determine the best plan. This may include moving the setup indoors, rescheduling, or issuing a Cake Hoopla event credit if conditions are unsafe.
If you choose to cancel due to weather but we are able to operate safely, our standard cancellation policy will apply. We encourage reaching out as early as possible so we can help find the best solution for your event.
Can I customize the Cake Cart for my event?
Yes! We offer customization options like themed sprinkle mixes to match your event. You’re also welcome to provide your own branded or personalized elements—such as stickers for the cake boxes or an 18x24" poster for the front of the Cake Cart—at your own expense.
These custom touches make the Cake Cart especially popular for weddings, corporate events, and branded experiences in the Portland area.
What are your deposit and cancellation policies?
A $200 deposit is required to reserve your Cake Cart date and will be applied toward your final total.
Cancellations:
• Cancellations made at least 21 days before your scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 21 days and 48 hours before the event will receive Cake Hoopla event credit.
• Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Rescheduling:
• Events may be rescheduled one time, provided the request is made at least 21 days before the original event date.
• If a rescheduled event is later canceled, a refund will only be issued if the cancellation occurs at least 21 days before the original event date.
