Guests will love the opportunity to decorate their own cakes or set of cupcakes in our Tigard party space. Choose a theme, bring in some appetizers, and let us take care of the rest. Cake Hoopla's DIY cake-decorating studio is just a short 15-minute drive from downtown Portland. We offer a fun selection of beer and wine for those 21+.
